A New Breed of Hunter

The New York Times takes a look at a series of new book releases that suggests that the hunter of today is a sensitive, ethical person. These guys, like Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, have "read their Michael Pollan and Eric Schlosser," and "no longer wish to have an anonymous hit man between themselves and supper." No, "they want to thoughtfully stare their protein in the face, to take locavorism to blood-flecked new heights." [NYT]
