The Michelin New York 2013 dining guide will hit the shelves tomorrow with its verdicts on which restaurants deserve the guide's coveted stars. But the complete list was announced today, revealing the city's big winners and losers.
The big news this year is that newcomer Atera from Matthew Lightner scored a coveted two-star rating. Blanca, Cafe China, The Nomad, Torrisi Italian Specialties, Lan Sheng, and Hakkasan debuted with one star each. There was no change in the top tier: Brooklyn Fare, Daniel, Le Bernardin, Masa, EMP, Per Se, and Jean Georges all (still) have three stars.
