New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells follows up on a story about the pastry at Brooklyn restaurant Blanca; specifically the fact that a radish/watermelon ice cream dish seemed awfully similar to one Amanda Cohen makes at her restaurant Dirt Candy. Cohen says "I don't think that she stole my dish." Wells doesn't seem to have followed up with Blanca pastry chef Katy Peetz for her response? [NYT]
