Los Angeles chef Ludo Lefebvre has named his truck shop-themed restaurant on Highland and Melrose Le Routier. This is the spot that will feature collaborations with Animal's Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo. Ludo's also planning a second restaurant, which very well might be a high-end fried chicken concept.
