This just in: Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski are bringing their acclaimed fried quail to New York City for Eater Eve. It is the first time they will cook the dish outside of their restaurant, State Bird Provisions. Their famous bird is drenched in buttermilk and cayenne pepper, fried to delicious, laid on top of a confit of onion, and topped with heaps of shaved parmesan. To wash it down, Krasinksi is going to dole out her "World Peace" Peanut Milk.
