Stephen Colbert tackled the great food issues of this election last night on the Colbert Report. First he looks at 7-Eleven's informal coffee cup poll, which has predicted both the 2004 and 2008 presidential elections. There is a margin of error, though, of "plus or minus Mormon's don't drink coffee." Then it's on to Pizza Hut's effort to get someone to ask the candidates "Sausage or Pepperoni" during next week's town hall-style debate in exchange for pizza for life. Of course, what they actually mean is a check for the equivalent of a pizza a week for thirty years, which according to Colbert is their way of saying "If you eat one of their pizzas every week, you will die in thirty years."
