Time Out Chicago restaurant critic David Tamarkin files a full five-star review for The Lobby at the Peninsula Hotel, where chef Lee Wolen's food "quiets cravings that live deep in the trenches of the belly." Wolen came to the Peninsula, which has helped to launch the careers of Chicago chefs Graham Elliot and Curtis Duffy, just last year after a stint as sous chef at Eleven Madison Park in New York.
