Today in trademark law, Starbucks is going after Starbarks Dog Daycare, an Illinois-based boarding facility with a name and a logo that are strikingly similar to the coffee chain's. Owner Andrea McCarthy-Grzybek tells the Sun-Times that Starbucks turned down her offer to change the logo to avoid legal conflict. Quote: "I love the name. Everyone loves it. It's clever.
