Something has to pay for all those yellow cars: Guy Fieri can apparently command $100,000 for a one hour speaking engagement, according to documents published by The Smoking Gun. Fieri performed (?) at the New York State Fair on August 29, and according to the documents his flat fee for that appearance $100,000, plus $1,500 in travel fees. According to TSG, that's more than Loretta Lynn gets paid for a concert and about as much as Meatloaf gets. For a food world comparison, Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro pulls in a mere $65,000 per appearance.

So, what does Guy Fieri do for $100,000/hour? The video below, which was shot at the same State Fair event as in the TSG Fieri document, shows him playing classic rock, name dropping local restaurants, and talking about cooking with kids. People go nuts for it: according to Fieri himself, "It's like a Miley Cyrus concert here or something." Check it out below.
