These fine fellows are employed in the kitchens of Hello Kitty Dreams Restaurant in Beijing, which is an entire restaurant dedicated to the incredibly pink Sanrio character that just opened last month. This photo is part of a Telgraph round up of the many establishments dedicated to Hello Kitty, which also includes a maternity ward and an amusement park. Anyway, these guys spend their days making pink treats with edible whiskers and pointy ears, much to the delight of Beijing's Hello Kitty fans, who have booked the place solid since it opened. Now, the question is: are they still called chef's whites if they're pink?
