International Business Times profiles Bloomberg's somewhat anonymous NYC restaurant critic and Bad Deal/Price Hike proprietor Ryan Sutton, who says "The job of the food critic is not just to advise people how to spend their extremely scarce disposable income, it is to spend the extremely scarce income of those news organizations themselves." Sutton also exposes his prejudices, calling chicken parmesan an "ILLEGITIMATE DISH." [IBT]
