The people behind Skee Ball Inc., the creators and manufacturers of arcade game Skee Ball, are suing Brooklyn's Full Circle Bar for hosting a social league called Brew-Skee Ball. The game-makers are claiming copyright infringement while the baffled bar argues they're raising the profile of the game noting that they have "done as much as anyone...to promote Skee Ball as a sport."
