Watch Tom Colicchio Get a Smackdown on Top Chef

Last night on Top Chef Texas, cheftestapant Grayson Schmitz defended her choice of making a chicken salad sandwich to judge Tom Colicchio. Said Colicchio, who called her choice boring, "Did you ever think.. I'm gonna win this with a chicken salad sandwich?" Grayson Schmitz puts Colicchio in his place: "I think it's definitely possible... I always want to win this... I thought I could make an elevated chicken salad sandwich to compete with meatballs and Asian food." Colicchio followed up on Twitter this morning: "The point I was trying to make was when Grayson and Chris decided to make Chicken salad they had no idea what they were going up against."
