Los Angeles' Sushi Nozawa, the beloved 20+ year-old restaurant from Kazunomi Nozama, will close on February 29th. Famous for its no cell phone, no children, no sending anything back policy, the restaurant was one of the first top-notch traditional omakase sushi parlors in the city. Nozawa is said to be retiring, and the space will be turned into an outpost of his more casual chainlet SugarFISH. [Eater LA]
