New York Times restaurant critic Pete Wells visits Parm, the casual spinoff of Torrisi Italian Specialties, and loves the restaurant's re-imaginings of Italian-American classics. Especially the meatball parm hero: "Like most things at Parm, it is completely faithful to your memories while being much, much better than you remembered." The enthusiasm seems in line with the opinions of Eater Kid Critics Lucy and Max, who also ran their review today: "If you like garlic and parminga [sic] cheese you have to come here."
