Paris writer and all-around Europe restaurant authority Alexander Lobrano goes to Stockholm, Sweden and is wowed by the restaurants there. Lobrano seems to completely agree with the two-star chef Mathias Dahlgren, who tells the journalist, "Swedes are still much closer to nature than people in other European countries, and this explains our preference for highly legible cooking in which the produce stars."
