New York's Eleven Madison Park has started taking reservations with credit cards, and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged a $75 fee per person. The Price Hike's Ryan Sutton is more into public shaming, though: "The Price Hike would have preferred if [EMP GM Will] Guidara just published the names and addresses of the No Shows on the Internet."
