Food52's annual cookbook death match The Piglet has begun, with 16 of 2011's best cookbooks going head to head to determine who is the fairest cookbook of them all. Today's judges, James & Caitlin Freeman of Blue Bottle Coffee, moved Roberto Santibañez's Truly Mexican on to the next level. The books will proceed tournament style with Alice Waters choosing the ultimate winner. [Food 52]
