In a very fun interview, writer Josh Ozersky reveals plans for an expansion of his all-meat celebration Meatopia to cities in Texas, LA, and Portland. He also talks about the future of food writing: "I think most of the remaining firewalls between writers and chefs will fall away... There will be more non-anonymous restaurant critics... and food writers who are openly friends with chefs, like me.
