Chef John Gorham (of Toro Bravo, Tasty N Sons, and Interurban fame in Portland, OR) announced today that he'll be writing his-ever first cookbook in a publishing deal with McSweeney's Books' ever-growing food/cooking imprint. Called the Toro Bravo Cookbook: The Making, Breaking and Riding of a Bull, it's slated to hit stores in fall 2013. [Eater PDX]
