The teams behind restaurants Mr. Chow and Philippe are finally going to court to settle matters that date back to 2009, when Philippe opened a restaurant just 100 yards from Mr. Chow in Miami. According to the plaintiffs, the folks from Philippe stole basically every key aspect of their brand and misled customers. The trial is expected to last two to three weeks, and witnesses include Giuseppe Cipriani and Alonzo Mourning. What a show. [Eater Miami]
