Bloomberg critic and price-watcher Ryan Sutton unveils today his 2011 Fancy Pants Menu Price Index which reveals that "prices at many of America’s most expensive restaurants went up by $20 or more in 2011." The most offensive price hike was at Brooklyn Fare which raised its prices 67 percent over the course of the year, but also included on the index are San Francisco's Saison and José Andrés' é in Las Vegas, both at 34 percent hikes.
