New York's EMM Group has announced that it will open a version of its Meatpacking District hit restaurant Catch down in Miami this year — just the latest in New York restaurateurs invading South Beach. The three-level seafood behemoth helmed by chef Hung Huynh noticed "a lack of seafood-specific restaurant options in Miami, and a desire expressed by its residents for more social, shareable, city-style dining."
