The head chef and butcher of Dubai's "seven-star" Burj Al Arab hotel have been accused of claiming frozen fish is actually fresh, and "other nefarious deeds in exchange for bribes." Apparently the chef was approached in 2008 with a bribe to only order from four specific suppliers. Hey, they had to pay for those extra stars somehow. [BusinessInsider]
