Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, actress/cookbook author/troubled restaurateur Eva Longoria talked to host Jimmy Kimmel about her experience having a 45-course dinner at Ferran Adria's restaurant elBulli. Said Longoria, "It's molecular gastronomy, so it's like, they really do crazy stuff." Watch as she walks Kimmel through a few dishes using sound effects, including the spherified olive: "It's an olive, but it's not really an olive. It explodes. It's some sort of exploding olive. It's a chemical reaction that happens in your mouth, and it goes pppiiichh and it tastes like an olive but it's not an olive."
