A Virginia man is suing Starbucks because his five-year-old daughter found a video camera in a bathroom at a Washington location of the coffee shop. It's not good when anyone finds a camera in a public bathroom, but it seems exponentially worse that it was a little girl. According to Reuters, the guy is looking for $1 million on four counts including breach of privacy.
A spokesperson for Starbucks said that, given the chain's 17,000 US stores, the incident was "extremely, extremely rare." Well, okay, but this seems to be the third reported restroom camera in a Starbucks since May, which is, um, three too many?
