On the Hunt for Best New Chefs 2012

Food & Wine is on the hunt once again. Nancy Nichols at Dallas's D Magazine shares the blurb that F&W sent out in its call for potential Best New Chef 2012 candidates. These "superstars of the future" could preside over "an elegant dining room or a shiny taco truck," and "the chef's age is not a consideration." However BNCs "must have held the top chef position at one or more restaurants for no more than a total of five years." [D Mag]
