Jean-Georges Vongerichten Talks Trump With Jimmy Fallon

On the Late Show With Jimmy Fallon last night, Fallon brought out "the most influential chef in New York" Jean-Georges Vongerichten to demonstrate how to make the crab toast from ABC Kitchen. Fallon asks Jean-Georges whether his middle name is Paul-Ringo (but it turns out to be Doughnut?) and the chef admits trying — unsuccessfully — to eavesdrop when Donald Trump brought Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry to one of his restaurants the other night. Also, one of the live crabs on the set gets a little frisky.
