In the great rap battle that is our ongoing discussion of well-balanced diets, the Harvard School of Public Health has dropped a direct challenge to the USDA's new MyPlate, in the form of...another plate.
The similarities end there, say the researchers who put the Harvard plate together. Check those healthy oils. That glass of water. Oh, and "milk and dairy are not must-have foods." Hey, just be grateful people are using plates at all.
