Sick of complaints about restaurants that practice mandatory tipping, the New York Post's Steve Cuozzo explains why New York should move to a European-style tipping system: "It's why service abroad is more professional than in the US, where waiters are regarded as lowly drudges who must grovel to make a living — and sometimes act that way."
