Unofficial True Blood Cookbook Coming Spring 2012

HBO's vampire sexytime romp True Blood is getting its own unofficial cookbook. Which is interesting, considering a lot of the characters on the show only consume blood? Anyway, The Unofficial Sookie Stackhouse Cookbook includes recipes for "Jason's Bourbon Smashed Potatoes," "Tara's Bewitching Banana Souffle" and "Sookie's Steamy Crawfish Etouffee." Also: "Bite Me Biscuits" from vampire Bill, because nothing goes better with a glass fresh blood than some biscuits straight out of the oven.

Written by "die-hard fans" Melissa Lowery, Elizabeth Henderson, and JoAnn Mathias's, the book will be published by Ulysses Press in the Spring of 2012.
