Houston Restaurant Kicks Out Diner For 'Jackoff' Tweet

Houston restaurant Down House ejected a patron for tweeting negative things about their staff, or, as co-owner Chris Cusack put it, "the GM called [her] to 'curtly invite her to end her experience at Down House that evening.'" The offending tweet read: "I like how I'm sitting at Down House and the twerp behind the bar is saying, 'and I quote Bobby Heugel....' #jackoff." (Beard nominated bartender Bobby Heugel co-owns famous Houston cocktail bar Anvil.)

The tweet has since been deleted, but the shitstorm it created still lingers. Today Cusack said,"At the end of the day, it is our responsibility to protect our staff, and I think standing up for them when someone calls them a jackoff is a positive move." Maybe they need a no-tweeting policy?
