Counting Down to Bouchon Bakery

Bouchon-Beverly-Hills.jpgEater LA is keeping tabs on Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery and its expansion to Beverly Hills. Designer Adam Tihany designed the ground floor bakery, set to open August 17 adjacent to Bouchon Bistro. Bouchon pastry chef Roy Shvartzapel and chef de cuisine Rory Hermann coordinate on matters both sweet and savory, though it's not clear who handles the house-made pet treats. [Eater LA]
