Calorie Counts in Fine Dining

New York restaurant owner Ken Friedman on whether or not fine dining restaurants should post calorie counts on their menus: "That's why people have oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, so they can go out for dinner with little regard for the calories or fat in a dish." [NYP]
