Foie Gras Wire

Restaurant Eugene (from Linton Hopkins in Atlanta) published a passionate blog post defending its decision to keep foie gras on its menu after being targeted by the Animal Protection and Rescue League. After heavily researching the issue, they concluded that they "felt ok" with their supplier Sonoma Artisan Foie Gras, writing, "We won't be bullied into making the choice someone else wants us to make, but we will always do our best to make careful, informed decisions."
