There are all kinds of totally insane ways to quit your job: some are short and to-the-point while others, like this anonymous email from a now-former Whole Foods employee, are long, rambling, and almost gleefully critical.
The email, which was sent out Friday afternoon to the entire company, regales the reader with a list of ways the author thinks Whole Foods is not living up to their "Core Values." After that, it gets personal, with individual criticisms of the author's coworkers that range from the possibly valid ("Your dot idea was a really, really stupid idea") to the superficial and personal ("We get it, we get it. You go to the gym. Nobody is impressed"). Head over to Gawker to read the 2,300 word tirade.
