Big Soda Fights Back

nycdohsugar.jpgThe soda industry is fighting back: Feeling unfairly singled out by anti-obesity initiatives (like the gross NYC DOH ads), they've "sued New York City's health department and hit local governments with requests for documents on the science behind the initiatives."
