Chef Ludo Lefebvre is apparently taking the "bites" of his new TV show Ludo Bites America quite literally. The chef "killed, skinned and gutted a 1,200-pound bison in Denver and took a bite of its still-hot heart," with cameras rolling. Look for that footage on pretty much every commercial for the show ever from here on out. [LA Times]
