According to a press release, Top Chef All-Stars winner Richard Blais got himself a book deal: the cookbook will be published in November 2012 by Clarkson Potter and will feature 100 to 125 recipes in "Blais's signature style—a creative and often quirky approach to cooking and food." It will also come out in hard cover and a "digital format" simultaneously. Quirky and futuristic.
