Yigit Pura's Sweet Alchemy Cookbook Coming Fall 2013

San Francisco pastry chef/winner of the first season of Top Chef: Just Desserts Yigit Pura has gotten a book deal. Sweet Alchemy will be "a baking book concentrating on simple components which combine to craft beautiful multi-layered desserts," which sounds like it will be pretty but maybe a little complicated? Coming Fall 2013 from Chronicle.
