How does Chicago chef Rick Bayless spend so much time around food, eat so much and stay in great shape? Portion control. Oh, and a lot of exercise. Bayless, who said he eats ten meals a week in his restaurants, has been doing yoga for nearly 20 years. In addition, when the 57-year-old chef is on the road, his people know to try to book him at a hotel with a good gym. Said Bayless, "I do not want to live in a world without hot fudge sundaes."
