Trendwatch: Pimento Cheese

The Wall Street Journal takes a look at several versions, including those from chefs like Frank Stitt and Bobby Flay. Also Thomas Keller, who "doesn't serve pimento cheese at any of his restaurants," but they got his recipe anyway. [WSJ]
