A very calm Anthony Bourdain appeared on Charlie Rose to promote the season premiere of No Reservations and discussed David Chang's sense of drive, what constitutes greatness in a chef, and the evolution of his Travel Channel show. Most interesting of all: there's footage of Bourdain's last meal at elBulli. Meanwhile, Bourdain answered the questions of the internet nerdlings on Reddit. When asked about his drug usage: "Talking about your past drug usage is something I've done way too much of. It really isn't that interesting." (And then he went on to talk about dropping acid.)
