Voltaggio Brothers VOLT INK Cookbook Coming This Fall

Sibling chef duo and former Top Chef contestants Bryan and Michael Voltaggio are coming out with a cookbook this October that will explore the concept of "food families." According to Publishers Marketplace, it will be called VOLT INK (a mashup of Bryan's Maryland restaurant Volt and Michael's upcoming LA restaurant Ink).

The book will include "ingredient-driven recipes, personal experiences, modern culinary techniques and photographs" and will be published by Weldon Owen's upcoming culinary imprint, a joint venture with Williams-Sonoma. Estimated publish date: October 25, 2011.
