Paying More for Healthy Meals

Convincing Americans to eat better is one thing, but getting us to pay more for healthy meals is quite another. According to a new study, about 70 percent of consumers said they don't expect to pay more for healthy menu items when dining out, and most customers aren't willing to shell out extra cash. Younger customers, age 18 to 24, were the most open to paying a little more for healthy meals. [NRN]
