Chef and author Gabrielle Hamilton tells The Interview Show that the idea of "foodies," and indeed the term itself "is kind of a bummer." The Blood, Bones and Butter author and owner of New York restaurant Prune says "it just seems like a population that has kind of misplaced priorities." As for Hamilton herself, the James Beard-winning chef says "I'm barely interested in food....I love food but I don't like to talk about it very long."
