Georgetown Cupcake has announced that it's planning a New York City location in SoHo later this year. The DC-based chain has its own reality show, TLC's DC Cupcakes, and crazy long lines that might look familiar to any New Yorker who has waited for a cupcake at Magnolia Bakery.
