Katsuya, LA Sushi Spot, Headed to Houston

Eater LA brings word that LA restaurant/hotel/nightclub entrepreneur Sam Nazarian's hospitality company SBE is set to open a a branch of their sushi restaurant Katsuya in Houston in the first quarter of 2012.

Not just one location, though: The word is that over the next five years, sbe plans to open FIVE Katsuya eateries in Houston. This is in addition to recently-announced expansion plans in Miami and New York. Expect the same fancy design from Philippe Starck and a menu of high-end sushi and Japanese food. SBE is the same hospitality group that brought Papaya King to LA recently.
