A Texas woman says a Cracker Barrel restaurant served her a BLT and fries with human blood on it. The restaurant later confirmed there had been a blood-inducing accident in the kitchen that day, and gave her a $100 gift certificate. The woman wants the employee to be tested for blood-borne diseases, but the restaurant says it can't legally mandate such a test. [KTRK]
