The Awl visits some famous television restaurants to see which stack up to their fictional counterpoints. Included: the restaurant from the last scene of the Soprano's (the onion rings weren't up to snuff but the homemade ice cream was fantastic), the diner from Twin Peaks (the pie wasn't great and the coffee was disappointingly normal), Tom's Restaurant from Seinfeld ("the food was pretty bad"), and Jimbo's from Dexter (totally worth getting lost for).
